参加这个Timeshare Promotion的条件，简单说起来需要注意的是：
- 家庭收入过6万，（不过从来没人查过我们）。单身母亲需35-60岁，收入过4万。同居的话需要有地址证明（驾照，lease，银行流水帐等）。
- 夫妻都要能说英文或Spanish，必须都参加。不能参加其他timeshare 的promotion。
- 必须是美加居民。（如果你是绿卡而condition上他们写着Citizen,可以要求他们改一下。不过也没有人查过我们的绿卡）。
- 两大两小，13岁以下。
- 另外，网站上没写，但电邮过来让你网上签字同意的时候有一条：“到达第一天需住进去”。他们可能会问你航班号和时间，不知会不会通过航空系统查。
保险点儿看网上英文版的吧：
- Must arrive at resort and check in with confirmation letter, major credit card, Identification. The primary guest must be present to register. The promotional price is for 2 adults and 2 children under 13.
- If married at least one of the participants must be between the ages of 30-65 with a combined annual income of $60,000, and must attend the presentation with their spouse. If cohabitating one of the participants must be at least 30-60 and both partners must attend. Single women must be between the ages of 35-60 years of age with an annual income of $40,000.
- If not married, proof of cohabitation must be provided (i.e. matching addresses on driver’s license, passport and lease agreement, bank statement, etc.)
- Two forms of identification are required for check-in and the preview: Valid driver’s license or state issued ID or USA or Canadian Passport (residence of the province of Quebec do not qualify), and a valid credit card with a Visa, MasterCard or Amex logo, Discover Card and Diners Club. Check cards and debit cards are NOT accepted as a major credit card.
- Traveling Participants must be able to read, speak fluent English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Also, this offer is not available to guests who have vacationed at the Sandos Playacar Resort in the past and attended the resort developer sales preview. Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited, violating this term will result in automatic disqualification.
- This offer is only valid to Citizens of the USA and Canada. This offer is not available to travel agents, airline, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry employees.
- Only one promotional package per family. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate, however, only one party will receive the discounted package price.
总结一下：
- 刚刚查到的“IMS Vacations is the largest promotional travel company in Mexico and the deal can be confirmed by calling the hotel directly.” 24小时服务，sales至少有五六人，态度还都挺好。记得的名字有Rosa/Magda/Veronica。 Manager 叫 Jeffrey Goris 可以给折扣，但通常不接电话。1-888-481-9660
- Timeshare 仁者见仁，智者见智，不想把它一棍子打死。喜欢旅行的话未必不是好的选择。后面还会再提。
- IMS交钱后不能退，可以免费改一次时间，18个月内。缴费（75刀）的话，再改也是可能的。
- IMS Today Only Sale program六天五夜起始时间不同的话价钱有可能不同，网上可以quote，多试一试。（比如周日晚开始与周一晚开始可能不同）旺季淡季自然也不同。
- 飞机票可能比resort费更贵，选在淡季去，又可以省不少。
- IMS不保证一定会在你订的resort内，但除非象我们这样结伴去，应该问题不大。如果两家可以考虑一家去Sandos，一家去Iberostar，隔得不远。到之后能否互访不敢保证。Sandos倒是有不少漏洞可钻，不要走正门，从小停车场进。
- 批准后可以直接打电话给Resort确认。
- 没批准前先别买机票，不过正常的话两三天最多一星期就批了。
- 可能会有免费接机（应该是Timeshare Program安排的），到时别忘了问一下IMS。没有的话IMS可以帮着安排半价的收费接机。行李不多的话坐公车也可去Cancun。
- 我找的deal机缘巧合，估计不会再低了。我在这个过程中付出了太多的时间，不值。本不想帮着它做广告的，只是想对大家负责，尽量提供更多信息。Cocobay确实也比Sandos， Iberostar等差几个档次。希望大家不要向我的价格看齐。五六百刀就已经很不错了，网上看别人都是付一两千刀的。（下面还有更便宜的）
本来感觉IMS代理的Timeshare Program主要是在Playar Del Carmen的，个别也有到Cancun的，刚刚查到IMS的网址 http://imsvacations.com/ 并发现其他一些类似网址。
